Dr Denis Tanfa, is a Criminologist and a Restorative Justice Practitioner based in Leicester UK. He is Criminology lecturer at Arden University, University of Essex Online, and UNICAF University in Cyprus. He is the founder and director of Restorative Justice Initiative Midlands as well the co-founder of African Forum for Restorative Justice. He has managed several Restorative Justice projects and assisted Leicestershire Police and the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner to set up Restorative Justice projects in Leicestershire UK. He works with universities to develop Restorative Justice Module and to set up Restorative Justice Practice within the learning community. He trains community members on Restorative Justice at the community level to deal with issues of conflicts and disputes. He is a community peace builder, promoting peace and reconciliations. Dr Tanfa enjoys working with and supporting African community to fulfil their full potentials and goals. He has been behind African Network LLR since its inception.
