Dr Denis Tanfa, is a Criminologist and a Restorative Justice Practitioner based in Leicester UK. He is Criminology lecturer at Arden University, University of Essex Online, and UNICAF University in Cyprus. He is the founder and director of Restorative Justice Initiative Midlands as well the co-founder of African Forum for Restorative Justice. He has managed several Restorative Justice projects and assisted Leicestershire Police and the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner to set up Restorative Justice projects in Leicestershire UK. He works with universities to develop Restorative Justice Module and to set up Restorative Justice Practice within the learning community. He trains community members on Restorative Justice at the community level to deal with issues of conflicts and disputes. He is a community peace builder, promoting peace and reconciliations. Dr Tanfa enjoys working with and supporting African community to fulfil their full potentials and goals. He has been behind African Network LLR since its inception.

Steve Odunmbaku is a Chartered Structural Engineer and have lived and worked in Leicestershire for over 30 years. He loves the people of this county and have always called the county home. Steve has been involved with community development work in the county for over 15 years and has always viewed his contribution as a token of his appreciation of the welcome he received from the wider community and people of this great county when he first arrived in the City of Leicester over 30 years ago. He sees his contribution through African Network LLR, as part of his wider community engagement and social responsibility to the people of this county, and he love it.

African Network Leicester Leicestershire and Rutland Richard has been a member of the ANLLR since its formation. He brings a wealth of experience from the Voluntary sector and over ten years in the health and social care sector. Richard has a passion for the social integration of different people groups into our community, especially for families with disabled children into our diverse community.

Ashiedu Joel is an experienced Consultant, Non-executive Director, Trustee, Community Advocate, with over a decades’ experience of supporting organisations, groups and individuals to engage and dialogue constructively across racial, cultural and socio-environmental settings, promoting opportunities for collaboration. She is the founder of Ashioma Consults a Diversity, Inclusive Leadership and Cultural Capital company. She has held several strategic advisory and governance appointments. She is an award-winning practitioner and engagement strategist.

Sola Mosaku. A practising architect of more than 30 years. Holds membership of both the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). He has been involved with the design of notable buildings in Nigeria, Scotland and England. He is currently a partner with Mosarch Group Architects based in Leicester. Sola is committed to the ideals of ANLLR.

Trainings, and Project Management services. With over a decade of experience in supporting organisations and individuals on capacity building, upskilling, research and collaboration opportunities. Zamzam is a member of the Rank Foundation's Time to Shine Leadership Program, and she was chosen based on her expertise, work ethic and willingness to improve capacity in the community and business. As part of the African Network family of inspiring and empowering individuals, ZamZam is thrilled to join and support the Network. ZamZam shares the same vision as the African Network- to educate, empower, encourage, and support Africans to reach their full potential.
