On 16th May 2026, the Youth of African Network (YAN) hosted a vibrant and impactful community event titled “Action Against Violence” at the Rolleston Community Centre in Leicester. The event brought together young people, community leaders, families, and local organisations in a united effort to raise awareness about violence and inspire positive change within our communities.
Held from 1pm to 4pm, the programme created a powerful platform for dialogue, education, creativity, and youth empowerment.
